Any patients requiring information as per the Data Protection Acts and Access to Medical Records Acts should contact Louise Bunce, Practice Manager.
You have the right to see your health records (subject to the limitations in law), by prior arrangement with your usual doctor.
All doctors and staff have a responsibility to ensure strict confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
